We want you to be happy with CaveZone. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions.
The Free plan costs nothing. No refunds apply.
7-day refund window: If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not actively used the plan's premium features (adding more than 4 products, accessing analytics, etc.).
After 7 days: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your plan remains active until end of the billing period.
Email support@cavezone.shop with subject "Refund Request" and include: your registered email, the payment date and amount, and reason for refund (optional). We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days via Cashfree.
