These Terms of Service govern your use of CaveZone (cavezone.shop). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
CaveZone provides a platform to create WhatsApp-enabled product stores. We host your store page and facilitate order communication via WhatsApp. We do not process payments between buyers and sellers — payment is arranged directly.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract in India. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not use CaveZone to sell illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, adult content, or financial products without required licences. We reserve the right to remove any store that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts.
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly via Cashfree. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
See our Refund Policy. We offer a 7-day refund for new paid subscriptions if premium features have not been used.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant CaveZone a licence to host and display it. You must have the right to use all content you upload.
The Service is provided "as is". CaveZone is not liable for any loss of sales, data, or revenue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in India.
